Renewing Your Policy

Thank you for choosing to renew your Public Liability Insurance with Publicliability.ie. We have implemented a new renewal process this year that will require you to set up a user account and login in to our new Client Portal.

Please follow these steps to renew your policy:

  1. Click on the Login link in in the top right of the screen
  2. If this is your first time logging in, or you don't recall your password, please click the `Forgot Password` link.
  3. Enter your email address on the resulting screen
  4. You will receive an email that will supply you with a link to reset your password. Please click this link
  5. Once you have reset the password you will be able to login.

Login and Renew:

  1. Click in to the `Renewals` link on the left menu.
  2. Please Note : All Policy Documents are available under the Print button on the client portal.
  3. Find the renewal record on the list and Press `Renew`.
  4. Ensure you have read the renewal documents, confirm and make payment
  5. You will received an email confirming the policy renewal
