Yes. Your refund will be processed on a Pro-Rata Basis – subject to Hastings Insurance Admin Fee, which is non-refundable.

The Policy does not restrict you to one location and covers you for multiple locations in the Republic of Ireland.

No. The policy provides cover for a minimum 12 month period.

You will need to contact us by e-mail to request the Indemnity Letter (info@publicliability.ie) – the fee for the indemnity letter is €35.

After you purchase the policy online, an email will be sent to you within minutes. Remember to check your Junk Mail if you have not received the email.

No. This is an online facility so you will need to make payment by either Visa Debit or Credit Card when prompted before purchasing cover.

No – The policy may be quoted & purchased on our website only for listed occupations. If your occupation is not listed please contact us as we may still be able to quote you.

No, there is no direct debit facility therefore payment in full is required in order to purchase cover.

It is possible that Employers Liability cover may be added. Please contact us for further details.

This is not possible unless there is a legal partnership in place.
